CD 1 presents the vocal instruction including warming up the body, proper singing posture, belly breathing, belly breathing exercises and vocal exercises with instruction. CD 1 is recommended study before CD 2.
CD 2 includes vocal exercises without instruction, trouble shooting common vocal problems and healthy vocal maintenance. CD 2 is designed to be used for practice after study of CD 1.
